Bikini Body. Two words that, if you’re anything like I was, makes you cringe the minute the snow starts to melt. You hear it everywhere, from commercials to magazines. You skip over the ads just so you don’t have to face the anxiety. That anxiety is a feeling I know all too well. Looking back, I can still feel that feeling in my bones. The hopelessness that I felt year after year. The longing for a body that it seemed, just wasn’t in the cards for me. I felt trapped. Avoided mirrors at all costs. When I did stumble upon a mirror, all I could see was the thunder thighs and dimpled butt. Thanks cellulite.
Even when I had had enough, the diets and countless hours at the gym was never enough. I could not understand why I wasn’t losing the weight. How many squats did I have to do to get my legs and butt to look decent? Why couldn’t I be like a lot of my friends who could eat and drink whatever they wanted and seem to never gain weight? How was that fair? Why was I the unlucky one? All these questions haunted me for years.
I began to nearly lose my mind. It became an obsession. Hundreds of my dollars went to diet pills, powders, and weight loss programs that claimed they could bring me the miracle I was hoping for. I wanted a model body, or at least a nice body that I could be happy about, and I was determined to do whatever it took to get there. It was during my research when I came across Andrea Albright and her program, “My Bikini Butt.”
It turns out the Bikini Butt workout program is very popular, but I was only just learning about. I guess I missed the memo. So, as someone looking to get a better booty, you may have already heard of it, but you may not know much about it. Some of your questions might be; Does it work? Do we recommend it? Is it worth the cost? This is my review of the My Bikini Butt program to help answer your questions and concerns from my own experience.
I dove in to learn more about it. I first noticed that Andrea was a lot like me. She felt trapped in a body that she didn’t want. So she used her science background to develop a bikini body program that works for the everyday woman. She is now known as America’s Butt Coach.
So, how is her system different than every other workout program? The answer is simple: biology. Andrea Albright used her degree in biology to answer the questions of why fat is stored in certain places and how to get rid of them. She set out to help women everywhere find the answer to how to get a better bikini butt. She discovered that the key is in the “SlimZymes,” as Andrea calls them. Their actual name is adenosine monophosphate protein kinase, or AMPk for short. The AMPk enzyme is a major regulator for the metabolism in the liver, among other parts of your body. Since your liver burns body fat, AMPk accelerates the process.
So, how do you get this SlimZyme activated? You have to focus on the lower body. That’s where the magic happens. That’s what activates what Albright likes to call the “SlimZyme Effect.” Her beach booty exercises focus on your body’s largest muscle groups. This simple bikini butt workout only takes 90 minutes a week! That’s just 15 minutes a day, 6 days a week. Yep, that’s all. However, my personal favorite thing about this so called SlimZyme effect is that it also targets cellulite. While doing these exercises, you’re toning the muscle that is under the cellulite. While your muscles are getting toned, they also stretch. The cellulite that is on top of it stretches with it. So now you have a toned tush and legs that are smooth and firm!
The Program revolves around 3 “Keys” to help you be successful:
1st Key:
Like we talked about earlier, Andrea focuses on exercises for the lower body. Since these are your body’s largest muscle group, they are going to burn the most amount of calories. This is the best way to utilize the 15 minutes of exercise each day. The bonus of this is that these exercises are going to get you a tighter, lifted booty that everybody is raving about these days!
2nd Key:
For a lot of you, this might be your favorite part… No counting calories or carbs! Instead, Andrea focuses on an efficient schedule and eating foods that are going to help your body use the calories for energy. Andrea explains how the schedule is to break up your meals so that you are eating the same amount, but spanning it out throughout the day. This keeps your metabolism in high gear.
3rd Key:

My personal experience with the Pro’s and Con’s:
Before I started this program, I was skeptical. Was it going to be just another one of those programs that fail me? However, I noticed a big difference between Andrea’s program and other programs that I’ve tried. Andrea never claims that this is going to immediately solve your weight loss problems. She even goes on to say that there is no magical pill that is going to get you there instantly. She does, however, give you the tools to learn how to lose weight in a healthy way so that it will stay off. I, personally, liked the honesty.
The biggest complaint I have is that I don’t think the website is very user-friendly. Honestly, it drives me crazy! It has a long video where she explains her program, which is great, but it doesn’t have any controls or quick-links if you’re in a hurry. Plus, I like to read what a product has to offer as well. I mean this con isn’t the end of the world, but for someone like me, it is super annoying.
Now that I have completed the program, I can say without a doubt that it does work. To this day, I honestly can’t believe the transformation. Especially since I thought I had tried everything. The biggest advice I tell people is to give it time to work. That’s the biggest complaint I’ve heard from people… They want to see results faster. However, like I said before, it’s not one of those programs that helps you lose a ton of weight in a short amount of time. I’ve tried those. I ended up gaining all the weight back and then some when I was finished with them. They just don’t work long term. This gave me the tools to keep the weight off AND get the bigger, fuller booty that I was striving for! Without the cellulite. I’m now curvy in all the places I want to be and more confident than ever!
So, as you have probably guessed by now, my bikini butt review is definitely positive. I would definitely recommend it.
